Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Us mobile application (the "App") or visiting the website at dailyus.life (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Daily Us is operated by Mateusz Rodz ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Daily Us is a mobile application designed for couples. It allows two paired partners to:

• Send hand-drawn messages to each other
• Complete daily couple missions together
• Create and track countdowns to special dates
• Earn achievements and coins through engagement
• View partner activity via home screen widgets

The App is available in English, Italian, and Spanish.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Daily Us. By using the App, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

4. Account & Couple Pairing

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Each couple can have a maximum of 2 members
• Invite codes are single-use and expire once a partner joins
• You may only be a member of one couple at a time

5. Plans & Subscriptions

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• Up to 2 drawn messages per day
• 1 countdown
• All daily missions and achievements
• Home screen widgets

5.2 Plus Plan

The Plus plan is a paid subscription that unlocks:

• Up to 10 drawn messages per day
• Up to 3 countdowns
• All future premium features

The Plus plan is charged per couple - one partner subscribes and both partners receive premium features. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

5.3 Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

5.4 Lifetime Premium

We may offer limited Lifetime Premium promotions. Lifetime Premium grants permanent access to Plus features for the couple, with no recurring charges. This is a one-time offer and is non-transferable.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including drawn messages and captions. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering it to your partner.

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the App to create or send content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains explicit content involving minors
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any purpose other than its intended couple communication features
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Manipulate coins, achievements, or other in-app data

8. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications to inform you about:

• New messages from your partner
• Message read receipts
• Partner's mission completions
• Partner joining your couple

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Change these Terms with notice through the App or Website

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Play Store

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• We are not responsible for content created or shared by users
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
